Can be used as a hair conditioner or a hair mask, ideal for a face and body massages. Best used after warm water treatment on wet skin and hair. Avoid contact with eyes.
For body – use the hot water from the shower to melt the coconut oil. While in the shower, melt your coconut oil by running the jar under the warm water. Or just rub a little coconut oil between your hands after the shower and apply coconut oil on warm, still wet skin.
For hair - in the evening before going to bed apply on your hair roots and tips. Leave overnight. In the morning, thoroughly wash with shampoo and rinse well.
For massage - melt coconut oil and use for full-body massage.
