How to use body lotion?
The body lotion can be applied as often as needed, even after physical activity or before bed. For best results, use the body lotion daily.

Apply this natural magnesium lotion all over the body or the desired area until the lotion is completely absorbed. When you apply body lotion on damp skin, the lotion will absorb into the skin faster.
