How do you use the essential oil?
All Green People essential oils are highly concentrated and must be diluted before use. Do not apply directly to the skin.
This oil blend can be used in several ways:

Mix 6-8 drops in a diffuser. We recommend adding no more than two drops of essential oil to 20 ml of water.
Mix 25-50 drops with 100 ml of water/alcohol and use as a room spray/freshener
Apply 1 or 2 drops to a tissue and inhale
Mix 6-8 drops with unscented shower gel for bathing
Mix 5 drops to 2 teaspoons/10 ml of carrier oil for massage use
Mix 1 or 2 drops into a soft balm and apply to pulse points
Apply 1 drop to each side of your pillow before bed

Safety
This essential oil should not be swallowed. If swallowed or in contact with eyes, seek medical attention immediately.

Essential oil should be used within 12 months of opening. This item is flammable and should not be used near an open flame. If you have a skin condition, asthma or epilepsy, consult a doctor or a professional aromatherapist before use. It is best to store essential oil at room temperature, away from direct sunlight. Always keep out of reach of children and pets. We do not recommend pouring excess water from the diffuser into the sink.

General Information:
Not suitable for use by pregnant women. This product is not suitable for young infants or children and should not be applied directly to the skin. Some essential oils, even diluted with a carrier oil, can be irritating to sensitive skin. Always dilute essential oils and discontinue use if irritation occurs.
