How do you use essential oil?
All Green People essential oils are highly concentrated and must be diluted before use. Do not apply directly to the skin.
This oil blend can be used in several ways:

Mix 6-8 drops in a diffuser. We recommend adding no more than two drops of essential oil to 20 ml of water.
Mix 25-50 drops with 100ml of water/alcohol and use as a room spray/freshener
Place 1 or 2 drops on a tissue and inhale
Mix 6-8 drops with unscented shower gel for bathing
Mix 5 drops into 2 teaspoons/10ml of carrier oil for massage use
Mix 1 or 2 drops in a soft balm and apply to pulse points
Place 1 drop on each side of your pillow before bed

Security
Do not ingest this essential oil. In case of ingestion or contact with eyes, seek medical attention immediately.

The essential oil must be used within 12 months of opening. This item is flammable and should not be used near an open flame. If you have a skin condition, asthma or epilepsy, consult your doctor or professional aromatherapist before use. Essential oil is best stored at room temperature out of direct sunlight. Always keep out of the reach of children and pets. We do not recommend pouring excess water from the diffuser into the sink.

Some essential oils, even diluted with a carrier oil, can cause skin irritation in people with sensitive skin. Always dilute essential oils and discontinue use if irritation occurs.
