To soothe and nourish the skin, you can apply the oil directly to the skin after a shower or bath while the skin is still damp. Massage gently to lock in intense hydration.
For morning soreness relief, gently apply the oil to dry skin to allow the natural plant oils to absorb into the skin.
To use for massage, warm a little oil in your palms before applying the oil over your body.
Before using the oil in the bath, you can add a few drops to an unscented bath/shower gel and mix with warm water. Allow the soap to bubble, then inhale the savory herbal aroma as you enjoy. This product can also be used with a perfumed shower gel, but if your shower gel is perfumed, the aroma may be replaced by essential oils.
