You will need:
270 g of almond and wheat flour, 6 eggs, one glass of sugar, a pinch of salt, cinnamon and vanilla sugar.
1) Beat 6 egg yolks with half a cup of sugar, cinnamon and vanilla sugar;
2) Beat egg whites with salt and remaining sugar until stiff peaks. Sugar has to be added gradually while beating eggs;
3) Combine your two mixtures carefully;
4) Add almond and flour mixture.
Bake in a preheated oven (170 °C) in a medium-sized form for 45 minutes. Turn the oven off and let the cake cool for another 15 minutes in the oven with an open door.
Your dishes will have a mild almond taste.
