Usage

Almond flour is intended for flavoring baked goods and making dietary dishes.

You will need:

270 gr. almond flour
Wheat flour
6 eggs
Glass of sugar
A pinch of salt
Cinnamon
Vanilla sugar

Making:

1) Beat the egg yolks with half a glass of sugar, cinnamon and vanilla sugar very well with an electric mixer.
2) Beat the egg whites with salt and the other half of a glass of sugar until stiff foam. Add sugar little by little while beating.
3) Carefully mix both whips into one.
4) Mix the mixture of almonds and wheat flour into the obtained mass, also carefully.
Bake in a medium-sized cake pan for 45 minutes in an oven heated to 170 degrees. Keep the baked cake for another 15 minutes. in the closed oven.
Really very tasty cake, besides fat, there is not much wheat flour here either, so girls who worry about their body shapes will like it.
