Organic Japanese beans Adzuki EKO PLANET, 400 g
Description
Japanese beans are very tasty! They are rich in vegetable proteins, fiber, vitamins and minerals.
Soaking, sprouting and fermentation facilitate the absorption of nutrients in Japanese beans. Aduki creeks contain soluble fiber and resistant starch that can improve digestion. The carbohydrates in these beans are also less likely to cause flatulence than other legumes.
Storage conditions: after opening, store in a sealed, dry, cool place.

Usage
Soak the beans in water for 10 hours, then rinse well. Cook for one hour or until the beans are tender. The ratio of beans to water is 1:3 or 1:4.
