    Garlic Sautéed Spinach

    Spinach with Garlic is a great side dish that takes just 10 minutes to make.
    Serve with your main course of choice!

    Ingredients:


    450g baby spinach
    2 tbsp olive oil
    3 cloves garlic, chopped
    Salt and freshly ground black pepper (to taste)

    Directions:

    1. Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and fry for 30 seconds (it is important not to over-brown the garlic).
    2. Add the spinach to the pan. Using tongs or a spatula, carefully turn the spinach over so that all the leaves are coated with the oil and garlic.
    3. Cover the pan for a minute to steam the spinach, then stir again. Repeat this process until the spinach has wilted after heating, about 5 minutes.
    4. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
