Ingredients:
1 medium beetroot, cut into 5cm pieces
1 apple, cut into 5cm pieces
3 carrots, ends trimmed, cut into 5cm pieces
1 orange, juiced
1 piece (5cm) fresh ginger, peeled
1 cup cold water
Directions:
Put all ingredients in the container of a high-powered blender and blend until smooth, about 1-2 minutes. Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately or refrigerate until ready to use.
NOTE: Line a cutting board with a sheet of parchment paper to prevent beet stains.
