    Gochujang sauce

    Ingredients:


    2-3 tablespoons Korean GOCHUJANG paste
    1½ tablespoons rice vinegar
    1 tablespoon sesame oil
    1 tablespoon maple syrup


    Directions:


    In a small bowl, whisk together GOCHUJANG paste, vinegar, sesame oil, and maple syrup. Use less GOCHUJANG paste for a milder flavor (or more for a spicier sauce).
