    Strawberry Parfait

    Ingredients:


    320 g (1 1⁄3 cups) vegan yogurt (or cashew cream)
    250 g (1 ½ cups) fresh strawberries
    140 g (1 ½ cups) granola
    100 g (1/2 cup) strawberry compote (or 1/4 cup jam)
    20 g (3 tablespoons) powdered sugar (or erythritol powder)

    Directions:


    1. Wash and chop the strawberries.
    2. In a bowl, mix the vegan yogurt (or cashew cream) with the powdered sugar (or erythritol) and mix well.
    3. In 2-3 glasses/jars (depending on size), add a few tablespoons of granola, then a layer of chopped strawberries. Then a few tablespoons of yogurt, then a layer of strawberry compote.
    4. Repeat this step again and decorate the dessert with halved strawberries.
    5. Serve immediately or refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
