Ingredients:
2 cups diced frozen mango (plus a few thawed cubes for garnish)
1 small frozen banana
1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any other milk), plus more if needed
1/2 cup Greek yogurt, whole milk (or coconut milk)
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
For serving: fresh mint or basil leaves (optional)
Directions:
1. Place mango, banana, almond milk, yogurt, and lime juice in a high-speed blender.
2. Blend until smooth, adding more almond milk if needed. Pour into glasses, garnish with diced mango and fresh mint.
