Ingredients:
1 cup spinach leaves, stems removed
1 cup coconut water, water, or unsweetened almond milk
1/2 avocado
1/2 cup chopped cucumber, peeled and seeded
1/3 cup frozen banana slices (peeled first, then cut into pieces and freeze in a plastic bag)
3/4 cup frozen pineapple pieces
3 tablespoons finely chopped mint leaves
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Instructions:
Place spinach, liquid of choice, avocado, cucumber, banana, pineapple, mint, and lemon juice in a blender. Blend until smooth (30-45 seconds).
