This is a two-ingredient summer dessert.
Gluten-free, vegan-friendly!
Ingredients:
6 cups diced watermelon
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
Directions:
1. Place watermelon and lime juice in a blender. Blend until smooth, then pour into popsicle molds, leaving about 1 cm of space at the top for expansion.
2. Cover and add popsicle sticks if desired. Freeze until set (4 hours or overnight).
Yield: 8 servings (depending on the size of your popsicle molds)
