Ingredients:
2 cups spinach (or other leafy greens)
1 cup coconut water (or plain water)
2 bananas, sliced and chilled
1/2 avocado
Additional ingredients:
2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
1/2 cup blueberries
1/4 cup shredded coconut
2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
Instructions:
1. Place all ingredients in a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.
2. Pour into a bowl. Top with kiwis, blueberries, coconut, and sunflower seeds.
