Ingredients:
3 cups frozen watermelon cubes (2-3 cm)
1 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
1/2 tablespoon honey (plus more, to taste)
1/2 cup water or unsweetened almond milk (adjust as needed)
1/4 cup fresh mint leaves; plus more for garnish (optional; basil works well too)
Instructions:
1. Place all ingredients in a high-powered blender: watermelon, strawberries, yogurt, honey, water, and mint.
2. Blend until smooth. If the smoothie is too thick, add more water.
3. Taste and add more honey if you want a sweeter smoothie.
4. Serve immediately (with mint or basil, if desired).
