Ingredients:
2 cups kale leaves, stem removed
3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or other milk of your choice)
1 medium frozen banana, diced
1/4 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
1/4 cup frozen pineapple chunks
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1-3 teaspoons honey (to taste)
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a blender in the order listed above.
2. Blend until smooth. Add more milk if needed to reach desired consistency.
