    Berry Salad with Arugula and Burrata

    Ingredients:


    170 g shallots
    1 small shallot, halved and sliced ​​(also known as shallots or shallots)
    170 g fresh blackberries
    170 g fresh raspberries
    170 g fresh strawberries
    110 g BURRATA cheese

    For the salad dressing:
    3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

    Directions:
