    Homemade Frozen Yogurt

    Ingredients:


    4 cups chopped frozen strawberries or other frozen fruit of your choice (mango, peach) or berries
    2 cups chopped frozen bananas
    1 cup whole milk Greek yogurt
    2 teaspoons orange extract (or vanilla extract)
    4-6 tablespoons honey (or more, to taste)
    1/4 cup sugar (optional, but highly recommended)
    1 tablespoon corn syrup (optional)

    Directions:


    1. Blend frozen strawberries, banana, yogurt, orange extract (or vanilla extract), honey, sugar, and corn syrup in a food processor until smooth and creamy.
    2. Taste and add more honey if you like it sweeter.
    3. Transfer mixture to a freezer-safe container and smooth surface. Press a piece of parchment paper onto the surface of the yogurt to prevent ice crystals from forming. Freeze for at least 6 hours (or overnight).
    4. Let the frozen yogurt sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving.
