Ingredients:
1 medium cauliflower
Extra virgin olive oil
Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
Toppings (optional):
Zest of 1 lemon
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Grated Parmesan cheese
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Divide cauliflower into small florets. Toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper, and spread evenly on baking sheet. Bake for 25–35 minutes (until cauliflower is tender and edges are browned).
3. Season with additional seasoning (to taste). You can also season with lemon zest, parsley, and Parmesan cheese.
