    Warm Chia Pudding

    Ingredients:


    1/2 cup (75 g) frozen mixed berries (optional)
    1 cup (240 g) milk of your choice (or 1/2 cup milk + 1/2 cup water)
    4 tablespoons chia seeds
    2 tablespoons yogurt of your choice
    1-2 tablespoons maple syrup (or other sweetener of your choice)
    Toppings of your choice (such as berries, fruit, granola, nut butter, nuts and seeds, chocolate and coconut flakes...)

    Directions:


    1. Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan.
    2. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 5 minutes. Stir constantly.
    3. Remove from heat. Taste and add more sweetener if needed.
    4. Let stand for another 2-3 minutes – the chia seeds will thicken even more.
    5. Add your toppings of choice.
