Ingredients:
2 cups diced tomatoes (3-4 small tomatoes)
3/4 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 jalapeno pepper, stemmed, diced
1/2 teaspoon sea salt (plus more to taste)
Directions:
In a bowl, combine chopped tomatoes, onion, cilantro, lime juice, garlic, jalapeno pepper, and salt. Add additional seasoning (to taste), if desired. Refrigerate until ready to use.
