    Air Fryer Cauliflower

    Air-Fried Cauliflower makes a crispy appetizer or side dish.
    Serve with your favorite dipping sauce!


    Ingredients:


    1 cup PANKO breadcrumbs
    1 ½ teaspoon ground smoked paprika
    1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    1/2 teaspoon onion powder
    1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
    1/4 teaspoon sea salt
    1 egg
    2 cups small cauliflower florets
    Extra virgin olive oil (for drizzling)


    Instructions:


    1. On a baking sheet, combine PANKO breadcrumbs, ground smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, and salt. In a small shallow bowl, whisk the egg.
    2. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
    3. Dip each floret in the beaten egg, coat with the breadcrumb mixture, then place on a large plate. Drizzle with olive oil and place in a single layer in the deep fryer, leaving space between the florets. Do not overcrowd the pan – repeat in batches if necessary. Fry in a hot air fryer for 9-12 minutes (until nicely browned and crispy). The exact time depends on the hot air fryer you have. Repeat the process with the remaining cauliflower pieces.
    4. Season with additional seasoning to taste and serve. Enjoy!
