    Garlic Yogurt Sauce

    Serve this sauce with roasted vegetables (potatoes, cauliflower, broccoli...), falafel, rice or quinoa bowls, etc.

    Ingredients:


    1 cup full-fat Greek yogurt
    1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
    1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
    1 clove garlic, grated
    1/2 teaspoon sea salt
    1 tablespoon water (plus more if needed)


    Directions:


    1. In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and salt.
    2. Stir in water. If sauce is too thick, add more water (add 1 additional tablespoon at a time until desired consistency is reached). Season to taste with additional seasonings.
    3. Store sauce in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.


    Yield: 1 ¼ cup sauce
