    Spicy Coleslaw with White Cabbage and Sriracha

    Ingredients:


    1/2 cabbage, shredded
    1 large carrot, grated
    Scallions, chopped
    1/2 bunch cilantro, chopped
    1 large red apple (such as Gala), finely chopped
    1/4 cup (60 ml) mayonnaise
    1/4 cup (60 ml) plain yogurt (full-fat)
    1 lime (juiced)
    1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1 tablespoon SRIRACHA sauce (plus more to taste)


    Instructions:


    1. Chop the cabbage, carrot, apple, cilantro, and scallions.
    2. Make the dressing: combine the mayonnaise, yogurt, lime juice, salt, pepper, and SRIRACHA sauce. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
    3. In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage, carrot, scallions, cilantro, and apple. Pour dressing over and toss well.
    4. Let the coleslaw sit for 10-15 minutes. Toss again before serving.
