Ingredients:
225 g feta cheese - crumble
3/4 cup Greek yogurt (whole milk)
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil (plus more for serving)
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 clove garlic
To serve:
Red pepper flakes
Chopped fresh parsley
Pita bread, French baguette or fresh vegetables
Directions:
1. In a food processor, blend the feta, yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice and garlic until creamy.
2. Pour into a serving bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, add red pepper flakes, and chopped parsley.
