Ingredients:
¾ cup (180 ml) unsweetened almond milk (store-bought or homemade)
4 tablespoons maple syrup (or 3 MEDJOOL dates)
2 handfuls fresh strawberries (about 12-15 strawberries = 140g), stemmed
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients in a high-powered blender until smooth.
2. Line a large bowl with cheesecloth or cheesecloth.
3. Pour in the drink, lift the bag and squeeze.
4. Add more maple syrup if needed. If the drink is too thick, add more almond milk.
Yield: 2 small glasses
