    Sesame Ginger Dressing

Sesame and ginger dressing goes well with a variety of salads.
Try this (or a similar) combination: grains (white/brown/black rice; quinoa), plant-based protein (soybean TOFU/TEMPEH/roasted chickpeas), vegetables and greens (for example: radishes, carrots, roasted broccoli or butternut squash, etc.) and most importantly – sesame and ginger dressing!

    Ingredients:

3 tablespoons smooth (as liquid as possible) TAHINI (sesame paste)
    2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
    2 tablespoons rice vinegar
    1 tablespoon TAMARI sauce
    1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
1 teaspoon maple syrup or honey
1-3 tablespoons water (and more if needed)

    Directions:

    1. In a small bowl, whisk together TAHINI (sesame paste), sesame oil, vinegar, TAMARI sauce, ginger, maple syrup, and 1 tablespoon water. Whisk until smooth and combined.
    2. If the sauce is too thick, add 1-2 more tablespoons of water.
NOTE: For best results, use TAHINI with a smooth, liquid consistency (not the dry mass you can find at the bottom of the jar). TAHINI consistency may also vary depending on the manufacturer.
