    Roasted Asparagus

    Oven-roasted asparagus is a great side dish that you can prepare in just 15 minutes!


    Ingredients:


    1 bunch asparagus, woody ends trimmed
    Extra virgin olive oil
    Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
    Lemon slices

    Directions:


    1. Preheat oven to 220°C. Line a baking sheet with baking paper.
    2. Place asparagus on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and toss well. Spread evenly on the baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes.
    3. Squeeze lemon juice and season with additional salt and spices if desired.
