Ingredients:
250g goat cheese, shredded
¼ cup fresh dill
¼ cup fresh parsley
2 tablespoons chopped chives
1 clove garlic, coarsely chopped
1 small lemon (zest and juiced)
¼ teaspoon salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Instructions:
In a food processor, blend the crumbled goat cheese, dill, parsley, garlic, lemon zest and juice, salt, and pepper until smooth. Blend until smooth. You can also mash the ingredients directly in a bowl using a fork or spoon.
