    Thick Pineapple and Turmeric Smoothie

    Ingredients:


    1 cup plant-based milk
    2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
    1 banana
    1 tablespoon grated fresh turmeric (or 1 teaspoon ground turmeric)
    1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger (or 1/3 teaspoon ground ginger)


    Directions:


    Put all of the above ingredients in a blender and blend for 30 seconds until creamy.
