Ingredients:
1 grapefruit, peeled, pulp cut into small pieces
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 ½ tablespoons maple syrup
½ cup almond milk
¼ cup vegan yogurt
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
1. Peel the grapefruit with a sharp knife.
2. Cut the grapefruit pulp into small pieces.
3. In a blender, puree all of the above ingredients until smooth.
