Ingredients:
1 ¼ cup (250 g) frozen pineapple chunks
1 small frozen banana, chopped
1 cup (30 g) baby spinach
1 cup (120 ml) coconut milk
Optional:
¼ cup ice cubes
1-2 tablespoons maple syrup
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
In a blender, blend all ingredients until smooth. If the smoothie is too thick, add more milk or water.
