    Turmeric Latte

    Ingredients:


    For the spice mix:
    5 tablespoons ground turmeric
    3 teaspoons ground ginger
    2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
    1 teaspoon ground cardamom
    1 teaspoon ground cloves
    1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

    For the drink:
    1 ½ cups milk of your choice (such as oat milk)
    1 teaspoon of your prepared spice mix
    1 teaspoon of honey or other liquid sweetener

    Directions:


    1. First prepare the spice mix: mix the turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom and black pepper thoroughly in a bowl. Transfer to a glass container with a lid.
    2 Next, prepare the drink: add a splash of milk and half or a full teaspoon of your prepared spice mix to a small saucepan. Whisk.
    3. Pour in the remaining milk, stir, and heat over medium-high heat.
    4. Pour into a mug; add sweetener of your choice.
