    Shrimp in butter and garlic sauce

    Ingredients:


    3 tablespoons butter
    4-5 cloves garlic, minced
    700 g large shrimp
    1 teaspoon salt and ground black pepper (to taste)
    1 lemon (juiced – about 3 tablespoons juice)
    2 tablespoons chopped parsley

    Instructions:


    1. Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds.
    2. Add the shrimp to the pan, season with salt and pepper. Cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side.
    3. Remove the shrimp from the heat and stir in the lemon juice and parsley.
