    Smoked salmon, avocado, and cucumber bites

    Ingredients:


    1 medium cucumber
    1 large avocado, peeled; pit removed
    1/2 tablespoon lime juice
    170 g smoked salmon
    chives (for serving)
    black pepper (for serving)

    Directions:


    1. Cut the cucumber into slices about 6 mm thick and arrange them on a serving plate.
    2. Place the avocado in a bowl; add the lime juice. Mash with a fork until creamy.
    3. Prepare the bites: spread a small amount of mashed avocado on each cucumber slice. Place a thin slice of smoked salmon on top.
    4. Season each bite with finely chopped chives and freshly ground black pepper. Serve immediately.
