Ingredients:
“Dry” ingredients:
2 cups (200 g) almond flour
⅓ cup (30 g) unsweetened cocoa powder
2 teaspoons baking powder
pinch of salt
“Wet” ingredients:
2 ripe medium bananas (200 g), mashed
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ cup (60 g) pure maple syrup
1 tablespoon natural peanut butter
Additional ingredients:
2 handfuls of walnuts
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
2. Mash bananas with a fork or potato masher until smooth.
3. Combine all “dry” ingredients in a large bowl and whisk.
4. Add mashed bananas and all other “wet” ingredients. Mix until smooth.
5. Add walnuts and other optional toppings (like chocolate chips...).
6. Transfer the batter to a small baking pan (23x16 cm) lined with baking paper. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
7. Remove the pan from the oven and let the brownie stand for another 10 minutes. Then carefully remove the brownie and cool completely on a wire rack.
8. Sprinkle with sea salt (optional) and serve with a big mug of hot chocolate!
