    Roasted Green Beans

    Green beans are a quick and easy side dish for main courses.
    Season oven-baked green beans with parmesan or feta cheese, a squeeze of lemon juice, toasted nuts or fresh herbs!


    Ingredients:


    450 g frozen green beans
    ½ teaspoon salt
    a pinch of pepper (optional)
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)


    Directions:


    1. Preheat oven to 220°C.
    2. Place frozen green beans on a large baking tray lined with baking paper (or grease).
    3. Drizzle with olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Mix well with your hands.
    4. Spread the frozen beans evenly on the tray so that they are touching as little as possible.
    5. Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes.
