Ingredients:
200 g walnuts
215 g chocolate of your choice
1 tbsp melted coconut oil (optional)
Directions:
1. Break the chocolate bar into smaller pieces. Place the coconut oil and chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and melt (over low heat). You can also melt the chocolate and coconut oil using steam over a pot of simmering water.
2. Add a few walnuts to the melted chocolate and stir until evenly coated.
3. Use a fork to remove the walnuts from the bowl of chocolate (one at a time or in small batches). Allow the chocolate to drip off the nuts.
4. Place the walnuts on a flat surface lined with baking paper.
5. Sprinkle with sea salt or other toppings of your choice (optional) and refrigerate to set (30-60 minutes).
Yield: 2 cups chocolate-covered walnuts
