Ingredients:
900 g of shrimp, without shell
2 tablespoons of finely chopped red onion
1 celery stalk, finely chopped
For the salad dressing:
200 g of mayonnaise
1 tablespoon of lemon peel
3 tablespoons of lemon juice
2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 clove of garlic, chopped
¼ teaspoon of salt
a pinch of freshly ground black pepper
We recommend serving with salad leaves
Directions:
1. Prepare the salad dressing: mix mayonnaise, lemon juice and zest, dill, mustard, garlic, salt and pepper. Set aside.
2. Boil the shrimp: boil a pot of water; add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until fully cooked and pink.
3. Meanwhile, prepare a "bath" of ice water; transfer the shrimp to it; hold for 3 minutes; drain with a slotted spoon.
4. Mix the cooled shrimp, red onion, celery and sauce in a bowl. We recommend serving with salad leaves. Delicious!
