Ingredients:
4 small cucumbers
8 radishes
A few leaves of chopped onion
1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
2 tablespoons of olive oil
½ tablespoon lemon juice (from half a lemon)
salt and freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
Directions:
1. Thinly slice the radish and cucumber.
2. Mix olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a small bowl.
3. Put cucumbers, radishes, onion leaves, dill and prepared sauce in another bowl. Mix well. Delicious!
