    Vegan Yogurt and Mango Drink

    Lassi is a yogurt drink characteristic of traditional Indian cuisine.
    Try a vegan version of the lassi drink!


    Ingredients:


    2 medium sized mangoes, diced
    1 cup vegan yogurt (such as coconut, soy, almond, etc.)
    ⅓ cup vegan milk of your choice
    A little maple syrup
    ¼ tsp cardamom (optional)
    A squeeze of lemon juice (optional)

    Directions:


    1. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
    2. Taste and add more maple syrup or sugar if sweetness is lacking. If you want a more liquid drink, add more milk.
    3. You can add an ice cube and shake again. Delicious!
