    Tuna Salad

    Ingredients:


    2 cans of tuna
    56 g mayonnaise (¼ cup)
    1 celery stalk, diced
    2 tablespoons diced red onion
    1 tablespoon of chopped parsley and other herbs
    1/2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
    kosher salt and ground black pepper (to taste)

    Directions:


    1. Drain the liquid from the tuna cans. Next, add the tuna, mayonnaise, diced celery, red onions, herbs, mustard, salt and black pepper to a bowl.
    2. Mix all the ingredients well.
    3. You can serve this salad simply in a bowl, wrapped in lettuce leaves (tuna salad roll) or with bread (sandwich). Delicious!
