This is a quick and easy apple dessert!
Ingredients:
30 g of chocolate of your choice
1 tablespoon of coconut oil
12 apple slices
Your choice of sprinkles and other toppings
Directions:
1. Wash and dry the apples thoroughly; then cut into circles (about 1-2 cm thick); remove the seeds.
2. Carefully insert a wooden stick into the inside of each apple circle (just don't break the apple slices).
3. Break or cut the chocolate into small pieces. Then place in a microwave safe dish with the coconut oil. Heat in 30 second intervals until the chocolate is completely melted.
4. Dip each apple slice, one by one, into the melted chocolate. Use a spoon to completely cover the pieces with chocolate. Allow the excess chocolate to drip back into the bowl, then transfer the pieces to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5. Add your favorite sprinkles and other toppings. Then transfer the baking sheet to the refrigerator for about 30 minutes (or until the chocolate hardens).
