    Tofu Smoothie (3 Ways)

    Ingredients:

    For the "base" of the cocktail:

    170 g of silken tofu

    1 frozen banana

    175 ml of milk of your choice

    Method 1 (green smoothie):

    1 handful of fresh spinach, washed

    100 g fresh pineapple (you can also use canned unsweetened pineapple)

    1 celery stalk, washed

    Method 2 (chocolate peanut shake):

    1 tablespoon of natural peanut butter

    1 teaspoon of cocoa powder

    A little maple syrup or honey

    Method 3 (berry cocktail):

    150 g of fresh berries of your choice, washed (for example, strawberries, raspberries...)

    A little maple syrup (optional)

    Directions:

    1. Put the ingredients of your chosen cocktail (green, chocolate or berry) into a powerful blender and blend until smooth.

    2. We recommend starting with ¾ cup of milk. Add more milk if you prefer a thinner consistency.

    3. If sweetness is lacking, add dates or more maple syrup/honey. Delicious!
