These cookies only need three ingredients!
Ingredients:
120 g of peanut butter
155 g of maple syrup
145 g almond flour (finely ground almonds)
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and line a baking tray with baking paper.
2. In a large bowl, mix the peanut butter and maple syrup well with a spatula. Then add the almond flour and mix again until you get a soft dough.
3. Transfer the cookie dough to the freezer (15 minutes).
4. While forming the cookies, scoop the dough with a spoon (the dough will still be quite soft) and place on the baking sheet (16 cookies).
5. Flatten the balls with a slightly wet fork and press a cross pattern on their surface (as you can see in the photo).
6. Bake for about 12 minutes. Then remove the pan from the oven. Leave the cookies on the hot baking sheet for 15 minutes (the "baking" process will continue).
7. Then transfer the cookies to a cooling rack and allow to cool completely before serving. Sprinkle with sea salt (optional). Delicious!
