Ingredients:
1 large tomato
¼ cup canned white beans, put in a colander and rinsed under running water
2 teaspoons of pesto sauce
Fresh basil
Directions:
Cut the tomato in half horizontally and scoop out both sides. Fill the tomato halves with beans, sprinkle with pesto sauce and season with salt. Garnish with basil. Delicious!
