Mango fruit, avocado and cucumber - a really unusual combination.
However, these flavors go well with each other and give the salad freshness. Try it out!
Ingredients:
For the salad:
1 mango, peeled and diced
1 cucumber, cut into cubes
1 avocado, peeled and diced
1 handful of fresh mint leaves
For the salad dressing:
5 tablespoons of rice vinegar
1 tablespoon of fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon of maple syrup or honey
3 tablespoons of olive oil
1 teaspoon of salt
Directions:
1. Prepare the sauce: mix the indicated ingredients. Taste and add more maple syrup, vinegar or lemon juice (to taste) if needed.
2. Place all the salad ingredients in a large bowl.
3. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix gently. Delicious!
