Ingredients:
½ cup all-purpose flour
⅓ cup carob powder
¼ teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon of salt
1 egg
¾ cup brown sugar
⅓ cup oil
¼ cup chocolate or carob chips
Directions:
1. Heat the oven to 180 degrees. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
2. Mix all dry ingredients (except sugar) in a bowl.
3. In another bowl, beat the egg and brown sugar with an electric mixer (mixer) until creamy.
4. Add oil and beat again.
5. Stir in the chocolate chips with a spatula.
6. Scoop the dough with a spoon and, forming cookies, transfer them to the prepared baking sheet (about 5 cm apart). Bake for 9 minutes.
7. Remove from the oven and let cool. Delicious!
